Belle Meade Beginnings

In 2012, Dave and Shari Groendyk began researching the idea of building a pocket neighborhood on 10 acres of land they owned in Texas Township. As part of their research, they visited several pocket neighborhood communities. Belle Meade began taking shape when the Groendyks and five other local investors entered into a joint venture to begin the journey of developing Belle Meade Cottage Living.  Read the Story
